So you're building a completely new home, how exciting! You will need Planning Permission and Building Regulation approval before you can put a spade in the ground.

Project Management
So you know what you're going to build and how you're going to build it, so you better get started then... Do you speak 'Builder'? We're fluent.

Fees vary depending on the complexity of the project but generally equate to 10-15% of the build cost.

Loft Conversion
Most loft conversions will not need Planning Permission, unless you are adding dormer windows or are in a specified area. Building Regulations are always required.

You have the right amount of space, its just needs connecting in the right way. Understandably this varies massively depending on the scale of your project, but we charge £60/hr and the average remodel can be handled in 30 - 40 hrs.
